Structure
RWC 2020 is a collaboration involving 7 public and nonprofit organizations. The representatives of these organizations serve on two governance groups for RWC 2020:
- Coordinating Council
- Cabinet
Coordinating Council
The Coordinating Council is made of of the elected or appointed policy makers from the partner organizations - up to two representatives from each. The Coordinating Council is the policy-making board for RWC 2020.
Cabinet
The Cabinet is made up of the executive leaders of partner organizations. The Cabinet works with the RWC 2020 Executive Director to oversee operations for RWC 2020 initiatives and make recommendations to the policy-making board about needs, problems, directions that RWC 2020 should address.
The Coordinating Council and the Cabinet meet in alternating months. Some Cabinet members attend Coordinating Council meetings and the Executive Director serves as staff to both groups.
