Law Enforcement & Community Relations Initiative

This initiative focuses on bringing the perspective of impacted communities and successful law enforcement and youth programming to the culture of the police and sheriff’s departments to ensure racial equity is prioritized, community trust is rebuilt, and the school to prison pipeline is dismantled.

Recent Milestones:

  • Organized a field trip with 11 members to the Ashland Reach Center and Dig Deep Farms in August

  • Supported the development of the PACE Plan

  • Currently planning a field trip to the Santa Clara Gender Center
